Hi there we have a large house to share with someone who wants a beautiful summer in a friendly suburb close to the Princess Highway.
Its a quick commute anytime day or night week days . If you wish to catch public transport, the bus shelter is outside the . We have a shopping centre about hundred metres away plus a corner shop and a Pan Cake Parlour on the road with 24 hrs Coles open till midnight. KFC and service stations very close also.
About the house ~ Large, with beautiful gardens where there is plenty of room for sunbaking, barbeques and wine after work while watching the sun set. The house has gorgeous polished timber floors throughout including in the bedrooms. Your bedroom is large with a large plenty of storage and bright sunny window . It is ground floor, but elevated for privacy.
There are high ceilings which work with the large room to give a nice spacious feel. The bedroom is south facing . The kitchen has stainless steel benchtops and a dishwasher, gas cooking and large pantry with enough storage space and a lovely view over the gardens. There is internal parking .
We have a flatscreen tv in the lounge room with plenty of room.
I am a 32 year old female Asian . My housemate Chandra is easygoing and works full time. We all enjoy healthy living, cooking Vegetarian food and we are clean, tidy respectful and enjoy a Black Tea after work. There are plenty of classy restaurants and bars and pubs within walking distance.
What we are looking for: We would like someone who can ensure rent is paid on time and is clean, respectful and easy-going. We don't mind if you drink but would prefer no party animals as we do have normal work hours and responsibilities. Aside from the above, we are open to all walks of life~ we don't discriminate and will consider you !
