We are currently looking for 9 inbound agents for our on going campaign for telecom partner to promote their existing products and services.
This is inbound call center job with no cold calling or cold selling involved.
Your daily job will have
- Taking 60-70 inbound calls
- Making 20-30 outbound calls to existing customers
- Handling billing queries
- Handling service difficulties calls
You will be paid above industry standard base salary plus uncapped commissins along with non monetary rewards too depending on your performance.
We are looking for individuals with no prior experience in the industry as we will train them as needed.
